I needed some updates to dental work (new crowns and fillings), and Dr. Sorgen took the time to walk me through his plan and made sure I was comfortable moving forward - it was a very consultative discussion with options, which I loved. I also had concerns about getting numb due to experiences I have had in the past. Dr. Sorgen patiently listened to my concerns and history, and made sure to explain every step. And without fail, he was able to make my experience very comfortable! The staff is incredibly comforting and efficient as well.
